50th Celebration held Saturday 26th June 2010 (article written by Ian McKenzie -MC) What a privilege it was to be your MC for the 50th Anniversary. The Rotary Club of Henderson Rotary is the best Rotary club that you could hope for and also we have the best sister club - The Rotary Club of Taipei Pacific.
On preparing for the anniversary you do come to realise the great depth of dedication, commitment, character and strength of those that were Presidents before us.
They just didn't join the club for a few years. They made Rotary their life and Rotary in return gave them a better life.
To experience the opportunity of having so many good long term friends plus have the enjoyment of doing things for others is certainly a great thing.
The club fully deserves to further build on its solid foundation of its first 50 years and we wish President Kevin yet another good Rotary year.
